If you have been requested by your potential landlord to pay the fee for your application screening, please follow the steps below. DO NOT PAY RENT OR SECURITY DEPOSITS HERE!
IF YOUR PAYMENT DOES NOT PROCESS SUCCESSFULLY, PLEASE DO NOT FILL OUT THE APPLICATION AGAIN! Contact our office at (651) 224-3002 and we will process the payment for you.
Please enter information into ALL four fields below to ensure that your payment will be properly credited to your application. Enter your Payment Amount carefully as your card will charged the exact amount entered (i.e., 58.00).
The Authorization Code field would have been given to you by the prospective landlord and should end with the letter A if you are required to pay for your application. If you do not have a code ending in A, please click here to return to the homepage.
The Applicant Full Name field should include the name of the person who is APPLYING for the apartment. The Applicant Email Address field should be the address of the person who is APPLYING for the apartment.
Click on the blue Add To Cart button, being careful to only click once. When your payment is properly displayed on the green Review Cart Total button, click on the green button and you will have the opportunity to view your cart.
When your cart appears, review the final count and price and then click on the green Pay With Credit Card button. You will then be redirected to Stripe to enter your payment information securely.
Your payment will be processed by Stripe and a receipt will be emailed directly to you. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and most debit cards accepted.
